Rules and Regulations 

ENGLISH VERSION :

• Check-in : 2.00pm onwards / Check-out : within 11.00am

  • Identification: Valid ID/passport is required during check-in

  • Check-In/Out Times: Follow the stated check-in and check-out times. Late check-out may incur fees

• Deposit/Payment: Partial payment is required for booking, Full payment is required at check-in with 1,000THB deposit

  • Damage to property will result in penalties and forfeiture of the deposit

• Please respect other guests, Maintain noise levels to avoid disturbing others, especially during quiet hours

• Prohibited Behavior: Disorderly conduct, harassment, or any illegal activities are not permitted

• Prohibited Activities: Follow restrictions on activities like loud music, fireworks, or outdoor sports

• Please stick to the maximum number of occupants per room, additional unregistered guests are not allowed

• No smoking in the house and garden area, any violation will result in penalties

• Pets weighing less than 12 kg are allowed to stay with additional fee, please ensure proper disposal of your pet's waste

• Dispose of trash properly

เวอร์ชั่นภาษาไทย : 

• เช็กอิน: ตั้งแต่เวลา 14.00 น. เป็นต้นไป / เช็กเอาต์: ภายในเวลา 11.00 น.

  • บัตรประจำตัว: ผู้เข้าพักต้องแสดงบัตรประชาชนหรือหนังสือเดินทางที่ยังไม่หมดอายุในขณะเช็กอิน

  • เวลาเช็กอิน/เช็กเอาต์: กรุณาปฏิบัติตามเวลาเช็กอินและเช็กเอาต์ที่ระบุไว้ หากเช็กเอาต์ล่าช้าอาจมีค่าธรรมเนียมเพิ่มเติม

• ค่ามัดจำ/การชำระเงิน: จำเป็นต้องชำระเงินบางส่วนเพื่อยืนยันการจอง และชำระเต็มจำนวนพร้อมมัดจำ 1,000 บาทในวันเช็กอิน

  • ความเสียหายต่อทรัพย์สิน: หากมีความเสียหาย จะมีการเรียกเก็บค่าปรับและริบเงินมัดจำ

• ความเงียบสงบ: กรุณาให้เกียรติผู้เข้าพักท่านอื่น โดยรักษาระดับเสียงไม่ให้รบกวนผู้อื่น โดยเฉพาะในช่วงเวลาพักผ่อน

• พฤติกรรมต้องห้าม: ห้ามแสดงพฤติกรรมก้าวร้าว คุกคาม หรือกระทำการผิดกฎหมายทุกประเภท

• กิจกรรมต้องห้าม: ห้ามทำกิจกรรมเสียงดัง เช่น การเปิดเพลงเสียงดัง จุดพลุ หรือเล่นกีฬากลางแจ้งที่รบกวนผู้อื่น

• จำนวนผู้เข้าพัก: กรุณาอย่าให้มีผู้เข้าพักเกินจำนวนที่กำหนด และห้ามนำแขกที่ไม่ได้ลงทะเบียนเข้าพัก

• ห้ามสูบบุหรี่: ห้ามสูบบุหรี่ภายในบ้านและบริเวณสวน หากฝ่าฝืนจะมีค่าปรับ

• สัตว์เลี้ยง: อนุญาตให้นำสัตว์เลี้ยงที่มีน้ำหนักไม่เกิน 12 กิโลกรัมเข้าพักได้ โดยมีค่าธรรมเนียมเพิ่มเติม และกรุณาดูแลการเก็บมูลสัตว์อย่างเหมาะสม

• การทิ้งขยะ: กรุณาทิ้งขยะในจุดที่จัดไว้ให้เท่านั้น
